Not your typical therapy office...
My office is based in a quiet residential neighborhood. This may appeal to you if you are not interested in a clinical setting, but wanting a safe space that still feels professional - yet also comfortable and relaxed

What to expect in the first session
It's common to experience some apprehension while going to your first therapy appointment. Your first session with me will begin with reviewing the consent form together that outlines your rights, the limits of confidentiality, risks and benefits of counselling, and payment policy. I will also go into depth about my practice methods, clarify the therapeutic process, and address any questions or concerns you may have. This session is designed to collaborate on gathering information about your history, current concerns, and goals for counselling - all while creating a space for you to feel heard and understood. Everything will be done at your pace - remember, this is your process, not mine
